Horse Pictures and Barn Visits:

I grew up around horses and was a horse trainer when I lived in California. As such, I am very comfortable moving around horses.  I love and respect their beauty, their spirit, and the way they move with grace. I appreciate the relationship that develops between a horse and their human companion. I am patient, and dont mind waiting for horses to cooperate to get the shots we want. 

Horse barn visits can include shots of your horses in pasture, you riding your horse, and pictures of you beside your horse. We can determine ahead of time what types of shots you want. 

Pet Portraits:

I have been around animals all my life. I have owned many cats and dogs and they have brought love and affection and joy into my life. It only seems fitting to pass that joy on and to include pet portraits as a photography option. Animals seem to trust me right away. And I will allow for time for them to get to know me before jumping right into portraits with you and your pet. And I am not just only willing to take dog or cat pictures. Your pet can include birds, snakes, hamsters, rabbits. I can work with most animals and mainly want to capture photos that can add to your memories. I was hired once by a client when she found out her animal had a little bit of time left with her. She was so appreciative of the pictures I took, felt I captured who her dog really was, and told me she displayed them in a memorial section on her wall. That touched me. I absolutely understand how important and special they are in our lives. 

Senior/Professional Portraits:

Whether its wanting a head shot so you can have that as your zoom profile or profile picture for social media, or for promoting yourself in your business I will work to get a picture that you an feel good about representing you. One client told me I was the only one who took a picture of her that she really liked and was actually excited to post it as her professional picture at work. 

Senior pictures are just as important- as they will live on in your yearbook! So lets get the shots you want! The poses you want. Wearing the clothes that you want. Why restrict to just one change of clothes? Clothes make us feel different and sometimes wearing a specific outfit will give a different feel and be the one you want representing you. Lets have some fun and get as creative as you want. You are unique- so why should I follow a cookie cutter approach with same photo pose as everyone else?
